2019-09-04 at 12:48 PM UTCYup, he’s told me now about all the times he was around me and tripping.
No he’s no better than you Mq. He’s still learning. He has a ways to go, but I know he’ll get there; he’s a very intelligent kid. He’ll come into his own eventually.
Just thought of something. Glad he’s not Sploo level intellect😊
I was pregnant and staring out my bedroom window, and somehow Jacob just popped in my head, and stuck. He mostly gets called Jake. -

Keenan went on to say that researchers had begun to look at the possibility that always-on social media and its associated devices were being abused the same way: “Now they’re finding that that whole process of likes and validating – or not validating; you’re getting depressed because nobody likes your post [is similar to a trained lab] rat that keeps hitting the cocaine button. It’s the same thing, It affects the same part of your brain … if you can’t go 10 minutes without looking at your phone, you are an addict. You have to understand that the actual chemical reaction in your body to the charge you get on that.”
That's interesting and makes perfect sense. Zoklet and NIS started using a thanks feature, and it seemed to be detrimental to the community, with more ego stroking, less intellectual posts and discussions. It seems more like something from an AOL chatroom back in the day.... or "teenchat.com"
The libtards/communists also had something to do with that, but I suspect it was all MKULTRA'd into being by the CIA or something to prevent people from becoming enlightened to what the government is actually doing. I mean, people like aldra at least try to be intellectual, but they're a watered down version of the people we had on totse.
It really just looks like they wanted to dumb down the level of discussion with ego stroking and high school type bullshit.
Anyway two songs I heard from the album are not bad. Haven't listened to any others yet. -
2019-09-04 at 2:50 PM UTCI havent listened to it yet because I'm afraid it wil ruin the good memories I have of Maynard and the Tools. My favorite album is aenima (which is a concept album about california crashing into the ocean no matter what anyone says) and I used to be able to play every song on opiate on guitar. Lateralus was a beautiful album, I'm kinda savoring this album though and I appreciate the links but I'm not ready to listen to it rn

I appreciate that. All I will say further is that the critique negative is that it "just sounds like all their other shit."
It does. But it doesnt. But it does and I mean that's the point. Its Tool. Aenima is always going to be the best album . It's better than this new one. But I hope you enjoy it when you get to listening to it. -
2019-09-04 at 4:18 PM UTCI thought it was boring. It could literally be 1 long jam tune. They should stop making albums.
The last perfect circle sucked too. Maynard is into making wine now and it shows. -
2019-09-04 at 5:49 PM UTCTool is for tools.

Facebook is experimenting with hiding “like” counts from public view, according to a researcher who uncovered a similar test by Instagram. While the company admits it plans to test the feature, it won’t say when, where, or why.
Facebook is already hiding likes for some users, researcher Jane Manchun Wong claimed on Monday, noting that the company’s Android app had quietly rolled out the interface tweak. While Facebook has admitted it plans to experiment with removal of public like counts, it declined to share when and where the test would begin – or why it was being done in the first place.
