My house got robbed and they stole my gun. They caught the guy and called me and said they were going to hold it for evidence. After court, I almost had to go to court to get my gun back. Bastard cops didn't want to give it back. I got it though. -

Cops like doing that with body armor too. One time they tried to tell me body armor was illegal for anyone that isn't a cop. I looked it up and they flat out lied, failed to mention that it's only illegal for ex cons.
I called up their superiors and informed them, so they wouldn't ever try that bullshit again.

Authorities have not said how Ator obtained the gun used in the shooting, but Ator had previously failed a federal background check for a firearm, said John Wester, an agent with the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
Looks like he used a shotgun on at least one of the victims. Background checks are kind of irrelevant in a country full of guns. If someone wants a gun badly enough, it's not hard to get them.\

Once you are reported as a danger, no matter how little evidence exists, there is no recourse to remove the restrictions placed on you. Clearly, reporting this student as a "threat" was retaliation; not for something personal, but for simply having the audacity to proudly share his firearms training on YouTube. It is also retaliation against the student's mother for having the audacity to train with him. The school itself is complicit in this conspiracy by trying to "make an example" of the student, as their protocols are arbitrary, have nothing to do with the law and they have complete control over how long this circus drags out
They're terrified of people just for lawfully training to use firearms. Hilarious. The majority of illegal shootings are not perpetrated by people who are actually trained to use firearms correctly but the lefty brain is defective by nature. -
