    Oh man meth is the worst it fucks with my metabolism so bad.

    When I run out all I do is sleep and eat junk food. I had a nap twice yesterday and ate so much junk food.
    And then I passed out at 9pm and woke up to hts yelling at me to go pick up the food she ordered, it was a bunch of Indian food randomly and I ate it and passed out again

    Just woke up and I'm still tired as fuck and want to sleep but I'm gonna chug a coffee and smoke some spruce

    I do that a lot, most people's bodies are pretty adept at realizing the actual required amount of sleep when not influenced by drugs. The "7-8 hours" is subjective based on brain chemistry and individual needs.

    Waking up from a proper sleep and then going back to sleep/attempting to go back to sleep just makes you more tired because your brain is just slipping back into the first phase of sleep with no opportunity to reach the restful REM stage before you wake up again. Unless its still hours from when you have to wake up, of course.
