Well I did all 20 push ups I said I was gonna do and they weren't the faggot version all half assed push ups. I'm proud of you for your sobriety and your exercise. Even though you only biked 4.3 miles tonight, that's still a lot. I biked to the bank 2 days ago and I think it was about 3 miles round trip and I was super winded when I got home.

I used to drop standing up straight forward and downward and catch myself and do push ups. I would do shitloads of armchair pushups.
