Trump said he wants to fight the hurricane.. I've literally shot a pistol into a tornado in beefa, tx. And it didn't stop thats not nuclear energy. If you shot an nuclear bomb into a huge tornado wouldn't you think it would just disperse the storm? I'm not a scientist but I think it just might be crazy enough to work. It would save millions of dollars and thousands of lives biggly.

Hurricanes like tornadoes are electromagnetic and can be controlled electromagnetically. A nuke is just an omnidirectional burst of electromagnetic energy. Not the best option.

I would use wide-beam lasers and heat the air to an even temperature of 90 degrees. This would cause the cold air and the temperature differential to disappear, thus dissolving the storm.
