If they had a good father to kick their asses, they'd most probably be straight, wealthy, educated, well-adjusted young men today. I'll bet they all had terrible mothers.     I cannot enjoy the most basic emotions I feel because I think I motherfucked myself on mindfulness. Even when I am happy, I notice it and then it's gone. When I eat the most delicious food I can think of, it tastes good but I know that that feeling is insubstantial, an illusion of the highest order. The "enjoyment" still happens, but I notice it and then it's gone.
