Unfortunately this shithole is the only place I have the ability to post on at the moment and so I have to ask you morons for advice.
My mom took in a stray cat a few days ago but she has some sort of health condition going on that we can't really understand, my mom will be taking her to the humane society tomorrow and probably be leaving her with them.

The cat is about three weeks old judging from her appearance, she isn't eating cat food so we have been giving her special kitty milk and water.
She has enough energy to walk around a little and knows how to use the restroom on her own but the thing is she has this blank look on her face, she just stares off into space and sometimes her eyes roll around out of sync.
She's extremely lethargic and doesn't show any signs of playfulness or mental agility.
She meows when we clean her off and try to feed her so she can speak.

The thing is she just looks zombiefied and acts lifeless

What could be wrong with her?

Sounds like a typical three week old kitten, they can seem kinda retarded early on. If you're able to get food and water into it for now it should be okay but you should still get it checked out.

Leaving it with the humane society might not be a bad idea, you don't sound prepared to deal with a potentially high maintenance kitten.

Cats are not meant to be away from their mommas at 3 weeks old. That pic you showed of it didn’t look like it was that young. But, if it is young, you’re gonna have to hand feed it till about 8 weeks old. What you’re saying about it’s eyes sounds like it may have eye problems or be blind. You should know if it’s blind by now. But the eyes rolling in its head, and a blank stare, sounds like you.

My okaasan took her to the humane society and they immediately told her that she was dying.

    Rest in peace, Tiki.
I hope we were able to make your final moments pleasurable.
Now you leave this world and open the next.

Something about dehydration and being in the elements too long.
    She also probably starved.
idk she was still moving and showed some signs of life so maybe they can revive her.

So they didn't actually euthanize her? That means they think she has a chance.

She probably will suffer for it all her life tho. It's not good to be malnourished or neglected so early on in life. Just look at how it has effected OP.

    Ok hiki,
Do you actually know for sure that they put the kitty down?

Ultimately you've got to remember that healthy kittens are put down all the time, so it doesn't make a lot of sense to spend too much time on sick ones.
