   Why didn't Queen do this or Van Halen didn't change their name to something like Van Hagar?
   
   Journey found a sound alike.. So they're more like their own tribute band.. And Adam Lambert has a great voice and range.. But rename your band

    I just think a classic should be layed to rest with the person who gave made it their own brand.
    
    Why can't they just rename it to something related to a Queen or something from Alice in Wonderland or something UK Royal.
    
    
    again, It's like Van halen. I love Van Halen and I love Sammy Hagar but they should of named it something like Van Hagar (which they thought of doing but chose to keep it Van Halen because the brothers Ed and Alex felt Sammy shouldn't take their name away or alter it).
    
    When Ian Curtis Died, they changed it from a Nazi name of Joy Division to New Order. they played off the same protest of Nazism (which they denied in an interview but once Peter Hook and the rest changed it to New Order you know it was a play on Hitlers movement)

    they redid thin lizzy and their one of my favorite bands.. its just all in good fun man.

    Just because Joy Division did some shit doesn't obligate everyone else to do that same shit. Neither of those bands ever reached any level of success that is remotely comparable to Queen. I do t know why you'd want to dump a billion dollar brand just for shiggles.
