Do you normally want to chill with her mom? Is it rational for her to be upset because of the reasoning behind you not wanting to chill with her mom? Do you guys chill a lot? That's how it usually goes with gf's moms, at least for me anyways. A lot tend to be very attached. And It always usually bugged me how obnoxious there moms could be at times. But maybe thats just how it is for me since I'm not a very family oriented guy.
Any girl that I've saw for any real length of time their mom / parents wanted me to hang with them. And I would do it, but definitely made sure it didn't become a habit.
Infact a couple years ago around this time I was seeing this girl for less than 2 months and ent up hanging with and her family on xmas eve and for awhile on new years And was always trying to get me to hang with them, and they didn't even like me yet would press her to bring me along. When I told her I didn't want to see her anymore, that was one of the things I told her It was just one of the things I didn't want to be a part of.
