   There is a mural at the top of the street where I work here painted on the side of a Goodwill building. It's got about 100 people/faces on it and they are all black or Hispanic...there isn't *1* white face at all on the mural. Now as whites are the majority of the population shouldn't there be at least 40-50% of those faces white?
