Also, only eat in a 6 hour window...but never after 6 pm. So let's say noon until 6pm are available eating hours. Depending on ur schedule. I like to start off w grapefruit, it increases metabolism & makes me sick 😉

U really have to be careful tho. Restricting yourself has to be a long term move, I've kinda fucked myself up w different diets & it affects ur digestive tract. Things that I enjoyed growing up like milk & hamburger or red meats, completely wreck me now. Make me physically sick, cheat days are a farce.

I reread my post and realized I capitalized the N at the end of chikin and then capatilized the the following C on the beginning of Chicken.
I was intentionally trying hard to make sure that didnt happen and yet it still happened and I didnt pre edit it before I posted it like I'm generally apt to do with my posts that I care about

Those are some interesting theories which is why I asked.. I figured they would be.
