Gangs shoot other Gangs, I know in Toronto there tends to be a lot of innocent bystanders but that shouldn't discredit a whole city. Complaining about crime in a Canadian city basically makes you look like a complete fucking fairy who should go back to working as a k mart greeter. Everything in Toronto is cheaper than where I live except for housing. Who is "the government" of Toronto? Do you mean mayor Tory? He's not so bad, I mean he's not smoking crack and embarrassing the city internationally anymore. Ottawa has a huge dildo up its ass and I've never met anyone who liked it. It also has a big problem with derilect buildings and has programs where a doctor brings heroin to your door like in Vancouver. It's full of somalis like westin in Toronto. I should say my friends brother lives in Ottawa and likes it because he's a douchebag and can be a douchebag all day there. I haven't been there for years but I thought it was kind of a weird place esp given the things that happened when I was there. I have a friend who lives there now and hates it and just goes to Niagara all the time while he's waiting for his lawsuit to pay off.

I have lived here long enough that I'm friendly with all the cashier's at the stores I visit. Thats always a good feeling -

Heroin, cocaine, oxy, meth, whatever it is that turns your crank. The government will keep the supply coming through BigPharma and will staff the building with medical professionals, just to make sure the government can't get sued. All part of the new socialist system they have coming down the pipe.

its actually cheaper for the public this way. way cheaper than regularly getting burgled, mugged or having your car broke into and your phone/laptop stolen. plus it'll mean your insurance premiums go down an all, its literally win/win. they shoulda done it years ago.

don't make the mistake that most non drug users make of thinking high people are akin to drunk people. they're totally different. alcohol turns people into assholes that go out of their way to be dicks and cause trouble. high people tend to be passive and chilled and mostly just want to stick to themselves and their peers and relax or trip out.
