I found I enjoy tramadol codiene and now T-PAIN(not technically an opiate) probably more then heroin. When i was using heroin i remember feeling the best ever but only for a small amount of time eventually i didnt feel anything from taking it id shoot up teaspoons. I remember going crazy thinking i got ripped off but i was just using an insane amount everyday. When i take T-PAIN i feel the same like when id shoot up heroin i feel a nice rush in my tummy like the lining of my stomach is getting numb then it speads to the rest of my body.breathing in and out feels really nice. I almost feel like i can taste the drug when i breath out. Its pleasant even though drinking the drug tastes horrendous in water. My lower back pain is gone and i feel social, driven.

IV Oxy instead. Or just snort it, works pretty well too.

I smoked opium once and it was just as good as heroin. I would say a gram of heroin is an ounce of opium latex, thats how long it lasts.
