   I would do this at night.. it's like sex it feels so good. and you get those swirly patterns. it's pretty. sometimes I see rainbow colors of rainfall like patterns (which later I was told is a disc separating.. stop doing that shit)
   
   the weird thing is feeling a lost of balance afterwards. you get head dizzy. not sure what causes that. maybe pressure on the brain.
