    I would wage war on Saudi Arabia but less structural as to not kill the Suphie tribe. And hand over half the oil and full power to them, arrest wahabi family members not killed in a drone war. And keep the other half for the USA as a spoil of war with special allowances to the victims of ground zero including first responders and any neighbors who got sick of lost property. Maybe as free college funding for them and their children or hospital bills. Maybe use the money for educational needs of America. And fix potholes in the fucking streets in ignored cities like Jersey or Detroit or Oakland, South central.. You know.. The poor neighborhoods
