   Resident Evil, Tomb Raider, and the Warcraft movie were all pretty decent. Not amazing, but not as godawful as most video game movies.

    Resident evil I might give you, though the 2 best parts were Sienna Guillory and Li Bingbing.
    But tomb raider was awful and warcraft was a steaming pile of shit.

    Tomb Raider got a sequel. They weren't good films, but as far as video game movie adaptations go they are undeniably at the top of the class.
    
    Warcraft? As far as video game movies go, it was pretty well received. It wasn't some godawful Uwe Boll shit at least. As a fan of the Warcraft franchise from literally the first game to today, it was okay. And when it comes to these kinds of movies, "okay" means a podium finish.
    
    Both are objectively not great movies in the grand scheme of films, but they are the best/most successful vidya movies I could think of.
