   I work with people my age and older but also a lot of younger gonts and gorls and It will come up in conversation how old I am and I'll tell them, not gonna lie and they'll be like "really?" one girl he even punched me in the chest calling me a liar. So I had to "erotically" slap her.. her words not mine.. she just kept going on like geez I didn't know you were so old.. lol
   
   gaythrax and I were talking the other day about how we're from 1987 and how we're getting old but he's right. But thats why I'm trying to quit drinking so much so I can still feel young even at an older age. I know some dudes that are like 45 and are still good looking and play downtown in band and young girls like them and I'll ask them how do you do it. And they'll be like "I finally decided to quit polluting my body constantly" lol easier said than done..

   You look good for your age, theres a lot of younger gorls that have hit the wall at 24/25.. Just brush your teeth twice a day.
   
   For years I've been drinking and I think its finally catching up to me, like I go to work and I'm stronger than before but you can see on my face that I look like alchy, ahhh the good ol days when I could do whatever I wanted.
   
   I don't know if you're willing to listen to this but theres a lot of good info about how a lot of aging stems from gut problems that a lot of people dont know they have.
   
   I quit drinking several days ago and I actually look worse than when I was drinking constantly, I guess its one of those things where its going to get to get worse before it gets better. I've been drinking a lot of hibiscus tea and tea in general. alcohol really dehydrates everything I know its trite to say but a lot of people including myself tend to overlook it.

   I dated cupcake girl for awhile when I was 28 and she was 38 but she looked really good for her age, she was vegan (still had a fatass) and only drank liquor occasionaly and didnt smoke, she looks a lot better than girls in their 20's and she was really active played in a band, was roller durby gurl, won cupcake wars ect.. its all about what you do with your mind to connect to your body im starting to realize.
