Bombs in crowded areas cap out around 40 people for your average sized TATP backpack exposive with high potential for injury. Boston Bombing (5) Boulevard Voltaire bombing (15) Brussels Airport Bombing (35).
New Zealand boi was motivated by a specific racial target and avoided shooting white people which is why he only got 51 kills. If someone with his operational discipline were to do that in a large crowd with as many people as possible they could easily get over 100. The Las Vegas guy should have used bombs he could have got a much higher number
