   Back then I had a rotation of adderall,xanax,benzedrex,focalin,oxycodone,weed,spice,methadone,tian,lsd,cocaine,and gabapentin that I used atleast 3 of on a daily basis, usually like 6.
   
   I was forced into rehab for a year back in early 2018 and masturbated in a fucking swamp, got my jaw cracked and teeth knocked out, homelessness and heat stroke, and failing over and over ruining my self esteem
   
   anyways the last treatment center did work but only on a hefty dose of suboxone and ativan. when i got home things were all good and i hadnt touched anything else yet. but then I ran out, and turns out my doctors "colleuge" in my state never existed and he just needed to give me referrals for continuing drugs like this so he screwed me over.
   
   only doc I could find took me off ativan and suboxone and wanted me to give him more of my insurance money by going into the detox HE owns. no, fuck that nigger.
   
   I toughed out the ativan withdrawal for about 3 day until I became confused watching tv, hallucinating and then slipping into catatonia for about 5 hours. then they told me I have rhabdo
   
   since then everythings been a clusterfuck not being able to have the proper meds I need so I substitute with other drugs.
   
   and especially especially since my doctor just cut me off suboxone, FUCK
