Alan What?
[annoy my right-angled speediness]
It's free, and if you don't want to go to your library you can download the libby app, link your library card and public library to it, and download ebooks from your library to your phone. You don't even have to worry about returning the book on time, it will just expire and if you're not done reading it you can borrow it again. You can even link this app to an e-reader like the kobo. Your library also has audiobooks you can download, all for free.

http://libgen.is/OP is an idiot giving his info to the state. why else would they even issue library cards when sites like the above exist except to gather intelligence on you?

I have one. I get books all the time. I use their online books and audio books all the time too.
