i can tell when chickens are on anti depressants because when they fall asleep (i never sleep) they will sleep within a few min of putting their head on a little pillow and start having seizures. I will ask them in the morning if ithey take psyche meds and the answer is always yes
Yeah, seizures?
anyways that leg kickings has a name for it. I forget what it's called.. starts with the letter A I think. it's normal. I get it. eat bananas. I think it depletes you of electrolytes and potassium. have some Gatorade or sport drinks before bed with a banana (eat it with your mouth and not your butt, Kr0z)
Anyone who falls asleep right away means they have actual sleep depervation because those people tend to wake up a lot and don't fully go into REM mode.
they also probably snore which means they need a CPAP machine.
the fact you're awake all night may have different meanings. If it's like a week here and there every few months... it could be weight adjustments and your meds working differently.
I know all of this because I have been there and done that.
If you're always awake, you really want to get help for that shit. It's really hard on the heart. If the times you're not always awake and a loud snorer .. get a CPAP.. again, even though you're really thin, it doesn't mean it's good on your heart. As far as you know, do you have BP higher than say 120/80? idea is like 110/68
When I was on Diovan my BP was like 90/55. before that I was 165/140. that was 10 years ago. I'm around 120/85 right now. that second number used to be less concerning for them but is now more concerning. it should always be under 80. but I'm on meds and drink lots of coffee so.. -
2019-08-02 at 5:39 PM UTCShit.. 10 years ago? closer to 20 now.
I think I got diovan back in 2002. I was like 260 pounds -

2019-08-02 at 5:45 PM UTCAlso Tourettes and Aspergers sound like they might be the same but it's different.
aspergers you can't stop talking and get angry and say shti you dont realize you're saying (like thinking out loud uncontrollably)
tourettes is just a tick. that's how it was described to me. Aspergers is in the line of being autistic. unaware of what is happening because you have disorders. over and over. it is a slow recovery or none at all. maybe light therapy might work
You sound like you have what is called Munchausen Syndrome
you sure you need medications? -
