Bad news bud: that's not going to fool any state actor. Stat analysis on big data is all the rage now. They will match you by your usage patterns and it will look like a massive red flag that you're burning phones constantly. It could even be something as innocuous as how you switch cell towers as a larger pattern that gives you a unique enduring signature.
That's pretty much how they catch CC fraud. -

from what i know, ddos is denial of services.
when there are too many people at the restaurant the waiters couldnt cope with the demand and people go unserved.
the solution is simple ; hire more waiters and enlarge the restaurant, have more cooks.
