2019-07-26 at 3:18 PM UTCThe problem with tapping into the Earths Core is what do you used to tap into it...what with everything being molten...you shove a pipe down there guess what's going to happen to it? It's easier to capture energy from the sun than try and tap the Earths core.

About 85% of all houses in Iceland are heated with geothermal energy -

Plate tectonics, volcanic activity, radioactive material decay and of course the Earths core etc. None of which has anything to do with Humans tapping the Earths Core...again comprehension.
It might work for Icelanders to heat their homes because they happen to have a lot of geothermal activity...but that's not going to help Farmer Giles warm his milk shed up on the Yorkshire Moors in England is it.
Again, it's easier to gather energy from the sun than from the Earths Core...for starters the sun produces quite a bit more than the Earths core let alone getting to it so the whole planet could benefit...as is the whole planet ALREADY benefits from the Suns energy for zero dollars. -
