I guess they got rid of projectionist.. which paid really well. the union must hate these computer ran laser projection systems. only takes one person to load the programming everyday. -

This. The people who don't understand this are usually the lowest caliber of bottom rung employee. Other phrases indicative of this:
"I don't get paid enough to do this" *doesn't do it*
"Man fuck this job" x100 all day everyday
"I fucking hate customers" said randomly even without shitty customers present
And these people wonder why they're working a shit job and never get promoted despite being in their 30's. Always in and out of jobs, always complaining.
My last brick and mortar job I got promoted to 2x my salary in less than a year because I worked hard and presented myself with respect, and not as a little complaining bitch. I was making only a few dollars per hour less than this bitch who had been there for 18 years lol. -

you're high as fuck.
especially when it's a floor wound 70mm. it takes 10 canisters to make one roll. you don't just load the fucking things. you have to go from showing room to showing room and make sure they're sync properly by listening to how the cog teeth sound. you had to watch and listen to the machines to make sure the film would snap and or burn in. it wasn't just Load a projector like you did at school. you had to have a sense about how the machines e were running .. like a mechanic listening to the timing on a car -
