Climate change is real but way over-exaggerated

Even if climate change is as bad as they say it is, it's still not that bad. That is to say: it's not apocalyptic. It's a mass extinction event, sure; but not one that humans are likely to fall victim to. We could probably kill our entire planet and still manage to live here if we put our minds to it/survival was on the line. And nobody rational is saying it's going to be that bad. We're planning on living on Mars, for fuck's sake. It's going to take a lot more than a few degrees of temperature increase to stop us.
It's going to put a lot of strain on society and the ecosystem, and lot of species aren't going to survive that rapid transition. That's about it. I'm pretty much cool with just letting it play out the way it's going without intervention. It'd be a lot more interesting than humanity banding together under the banner of faggy liberals and saving the planet by going green anyway.

The climate changes everyday...and has since the Birth of the Earth.
All the politics in the world wont change nature, nor will driving a Prius.

3 or 4 billion years ago the surface off the Earth was molton and the atmosphere was a noxious poisonous mess. We can cope with having to have the a/c on a little more than usual.

It's definitely hotter than it used to be but I think it's part of a cycle

'Climate change' real or not just seems like one of the things to put in the 'who gives a shit either way?' list. Temperatures change. Let the people 1000 years from now figure it out.
