True, but it's almost TOO much respect. I watched this guy sit with paper weight for almost two years because they wouldn't help him get back into his iCloud account and it was iCloud locked. Eventually he randomly figured out the password he forgot and was able to get back into it. They absolutely REFUSED to help him get into it because "it might be stolen" even though he could prove ten ways from Tuesday he was the one who purchased it.
