   Got it all hooked up.
   But while I was kicking a drug addict out of my garage the installation guy asked Shell what she wanted the WiFi name to be and she used OUR GOVERNMENT NAMES as our WiFi name.
   
   I didn't have time to do anything about it or watch TV or play on computer b4 work.
   
   Hopefully tonight I can access the Internet at home and watch a movie.

    That's not the problem. My laptop is on the 2G band. Think about it, if you can do 2 Gbps between your device and your WI-FI Router but you are only getting 3.62 Mbps between your Router and the test site you used. The problem is between The router and the server you used to test. The first hops out of the router are going to be on Spectrum WAN. Go to https://www.monitis.com/traceroute/ and run a tracert to google.com or something you trust and see if there are any hops that have a high response time AKA ping.
