when it's real hot out , icy cold water just hits the spot. some people say it will give you stomach cramps if you drink cold water when it's really hot but knock on wood that hasn't happened to me yet.

I bought a zero water and damn that is good! Kind of expensive but I got it like that.

hell yeah. i want to get three glass pitchers that look like the koolaid man. the pitchers will be rooty, tooty, and frooty. one for ice water with fruit slices added for essence, one for iced tea, and one for dilute lemonade. i will just drink a lot of drinks of each every day

I didn't drink enough water the other day and almost thew up and passed out.
So I put the weed wacker down and went into the house and drank 3 big glasses of ice water and good to go again in 20 minutes.
