2019-07-13 at 9:15 PM UTCGender bending is disgusting. People can redefine their gender as much as they want, as long as they make concise decisions. But when folks try to bend to their new gender whilst retaining some of the features of their old gender, it just throws a twisted concept onto what's normal. If you want to be a man as a woman, be a man as a woman. Just don't whine that you still want the freedom to use female bathrooms, or talk about tampons, or pick-and-choose which elements of dress you want from each category. All of those things are fine on their own, but when you conglomerate them it becomes a mess to follow. Maybe I'm missing the big picture, I've never tried to make sense of anything beyond normal gender identity and it's twisting my fate. Gender identity is one thing, gender bending makes it out to be okay for society to de-polarize genders. I mean, I guess it's okay now that we as a society have agreed that the two binary genders are equal, but there's got to be some logical follow through that explains why it's not okay for people to selectively appropriate elements of their gender identity.
