Nice try, -SpectraL.
(Also I wanted to change his spatula hand into the TI-80 graphing calculator that -SpectraL uses to do his hacking, but I reformatted earlier today and have no photoshop. Why the FUCK can't you rotate things in MS Paint? It's 2019 for fucks sake, how was that not something they added over the years? Does Adobe have a patent on rotation?) -
2019-07-12 at 4:39 AM UTCHello Elizabeth,
In paint, you can only rotate an object by 90 and 180 degrees. If you would like to free rotate an object, you can use other apps such as Word and PowerPoint. Just select and cut the object from Paint, paste it on Word or PowerPoint, rotate it from there by your preferred angle, cut it again from Word or PowerPoint, and paste it on Paint.
Feel free to reach out if you require further assistance. -

Alternatively, you can put up an ad to hire a temporary day laborer, and have them pick up your monitor and rotate it by whatever degree you want, and then pull out your smart phone and take a picture at that angle.
Then have sex with the day laborer because you paid them for the day and they only worked for like 10 minutes on your image rotation project. -
