    Update: this shit is still going on. Have been taking to so many people about this that pretty much everyone in the company knows about it by now. This person has a reputation, and there is pretty much no way this is going to end up being good for them, or bad for me.

    HR have been pushing me to keep this quiet, however, as such I'm going to make as big and loud a deal about this as possible, likening it to child sex abuse, etc. "break the silence around workplace harassment, etc"

    It's disgusting to have to come in in the morning and have your report greet you with a dirty "you're in trouble" scowl.

    However I have no debt, mortgage, assets, or responsibilities, yet an A+ education. Therefore I can stand to lose this job and I'll be better off a month later.

    In addition the abuse I am experiencing is coming from my report.

    However I feel for those who have kids, mortgages, and whose job is the best they can get.

    They have to come in in the morning and their boss is scowling at them.

    I will be going public on behalf of people like that.

    As such I am the person who has to fear.
