"Post without bumping?"

   Surely the pieces are there. I think being able to post without bumping would shake things up.
   
   
   Also, make it so only one post in a row can bump a thread by any given person. For example: Ghost starts a thread, I reply twice in a row. First reply bumps the thread, second one doesn't because nobody else has posted yet.
