   LA has an Earthquake warning system in place, but SF doesn't. SF was a leader in tech. now they just dont want to spend the money brought in. I bet lots of these libtard leaders got a huge raise in pay from the taxes on Tech Companies but not spending it on the people.
   
   
   I'm ashamed of this place at times. But then again, I'm from Oakland and not SF.
