Does meth rewire your brain?

Narc, no need to vote. We know.👍

Is brain damage the same thing as rewiring?

meth for sure, heroin FUCKS people up permanently

Heroin, I think. Meth in the long term just makes it so you struggle to find happiness/passion/rewarding experiences. Heroin rapes your soul until you have enough passion to at least get out there and score some dope money, because if you don't you're fucked. Definitely a more productive hijacking of the reward system.

Meth. All the worst people I've known have been opioid addicts and their whole scene disgusts me. And meth makes me feel alive and enhanced and empowered instead of just ho-hum warm bliss.

it's a tough call. getting too deep into heroin will see you napping and vomiting all the time, whereas with meth you're likely to end up tearing parts off your car and trying to sell them to passersby at 4am. when you're not on an 8 hour masturbation marathon.

either way you'd probably end up sucking a lot of dicks though.

I was cracked out on dexamp for a few years and it went really hard on me physically, and mentally it made all of my relationships a lot worse and gave me a really shitty personality.. but it was easier to come off of and wasn't really addictive for me and I never really think about it, especially not fondly. You just kinda sleep it off and then you're ok. No PAWS (rewiring) to speak of for me.
Heroin is a different beast though. The thing is that it didn't really go hard on my body (compared to amp) besides some malnutrition. The interesting thing is that it actually made most of my relationships improve like, a lot. Heroin used correctly makes me the smoothest sailor on the block because everything is groovy and hilarious. Heroin gives you a very unique sense of humour that most people enjoy. Once you're off it though, it creates this massive life-long problem that doesn't go away ever. I don't actively crave heroin, but I kind of do in the back of my mind and I do remember it quite fondly as opposed to adderall, which I do not.

I wonder if there are more functional heroin users or meth users.
Either way, seems like the dose makes the poison, and that both drugs have legitimate uses.

the real shitass heroin users you all know are not exclusively heroin users.
