Search for your image keyword.
Just above the search results, click "Search Tools"
In the sub-menu which appears just below, select the drop-down "Size", then select "Exactly".
In the popup which appears, enter the width at 75px and the height at 75px.
Click "Go".

Lol no fuck you, this shit needs to load every time someone opens a thread. If I have to tack up 30N bytes onto each thread view then you're getting small avatars or not at all.The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire! -

Get some sense of balance, kid. It's not all gloom and doom, like you make it out to be. Reasonable decisions make the day, not knee-jerk reaction declarations and the-sky-is-falling prophecies. -

Avatars are not essential for the functioning of this site, animated avatars are definitely not. Working on well on GSM or similar connection is significantly more important.

It's not my bandwidth that's the concern, nor the storage. Servers are cheap in 2016. The issue is client bandwidth, users will still need to download the images and it's just going to take longer if they need to hit a bunch of new domains. Plus I'd like the tracking-conscious user to be able to disable embedded images but leave avatars on.

Look spectral, I made the decision I thought was good. I'm open to argument, if you can make a good design/technical argument for it I'll increase the size limit, I've made plenty of other changes on request. You haven't presented any argument though, you just opened by calling me names and haven't made a substantive point since. Tell me what the added value of a larger size limit is and why that benefit is greater than the tradeoffs and I'll make it so.
