   Pretty much. They're making progress, though. Recently decriminalized possession under an ounce in Nashville (Davidson county). Plus, there are measures for medical use up for vote.
   
   With Colorado announcing revenue with a billion dollar B on the report, it's only looking up for marijuana. There's no way a businessman like Trump ignores a billion dollar profit in a single state...one that he lost, no less.
