    All you need to do to glass is boil it. If you keep up on it regularly and don't let it get gross you won't have to work as hard to get it cleaned. I try to clean mine after roughly each 8th I smoke through it.

    Used to build hash and weed pipes in machine shop in high school. I'd use brass with wood holders on it. That way the brass heats up super hot, but the wood is still cool to the touch. I had at least a hundred designs, different bowls, different stems, two-way pipes (with two bowls), and ones that circulated the intake. Finally got caught and couldn't get any more brass from the teacher, so I moved on to something else.
