Yeah tbh the fentanyl 'epidemic' is one of the best things to happen. We already have an overpopulation and this is just the thing we need to weed out the weaklings of society. -

i mean have a look at §m£ÂgØLs post where he tries to take a jab at me by posting that he's looking at two bags of money and i'm just looking at two bags of dope. his mindset when making that comment is that by taking the piss out of the fact i only have two bags of dope is going to make me feel a bit of a complex about it, because that's probably all i could afford. the fact is i could have bought 25 bags of dope thursday night, but i didn't, i bought two because that was all i wanted. two is just enough for me to get nicely high for an evening without causing me withdrawals or building tolerance. that's how i like it.
but lets look back at §m£ÂgØLs mindset when he made that comment. we know §m£ÂgØL uses drugs himself, he's posted so many times. and clearly if he thinks that i would feel bad by a comment about only being able to afford two bags, then he would equally feel bad if he was in the same position. so obviously in §m£ÂgØLs mind when it comes to drugs more is good, its all about excess and getting as many drugs and getting as high as possible as long as possible. which is common thinking among younger people with little experience of using drugs and use among their friends like its some kind of tolerance competition.
so clearly §m£ÂgØL is the one with the junkie mindset here, and clearly hasn't a clue about moderation and its advantages concerning drug use. the comment he made wouldn't have even occurred to him otherwise.

yeah sure, all the violence, the muggings, the burglaries and car crime, the organized crime, whole areas of many cities being turned into gang fueled shitholes, innocents being caught in cross fire, all the tax dollars being spent to fight it, the huge insurance premiums everybody pays, kids dying of overdoses, the homelessness, people not eating to pay for drugs(including their children), the broken families and children put into care, all the years lost in prisons and the cost of keeping them there, not to mention the wars that have been fought. if you think its all worth it for a failed attempt to stop people getting high, then yeah its really going great.

Decrim doesn't solve that and - in my experience - legal avenues can't compete with the pricing of black market sales, so the black market will always exist. All of those problems remain. Be real: are you going to spend 50%-100% more per dose to buy it legally? Do you think most junkies will? Literally the only benefit is going to be for junkies who are fiending and can't get a hold of their dealers. All that ending prohibition does is ensure that people like you will never have to get dopesick again. -

How is that a bad thing? Are you saying you want people to suffer and be sick? That doesn't sound like a good thing at all.
If this is truly a public health issue then you are all looking at this wrong. People are dying every day with no end in sight and nobody has a solution.
The legality of psychoactive substances isn't gonna change the public health crisis issue.
