They hire the laziest black people that you can tell hate white people (im not even white but they assume that) they drag their heels about everything and look really sad all the time *maybe they should go work in a neighborhood where they are happy* they will ID you twice because they think you are playing a trick on them (i shaved my beard so I use that to my advantage, even though they typically like to play trick, who'd of thunk)
So I told the black lady I will not give her my ID another time because she is so stupid, she might possibly lose it if I give it to her again.
I hate being a jerk towards people but I used to work for the same company as a minor for several years and I never treated people like they are dipshits, I just did my job. And thats why its kinda infuriating when they start hiring niggers that can't and won't do there job. Even the cuckhold manager came up to handle the situation and started apologizing infront of his retard employee. He never even bothered to ask her "didn't he already give you his ID?"

I concur. And to use a buzzword it really is a reflection of privilege. You're probably not going to change anyone's mind as those who look down on minorities tend to have a built in infrastructure that leads them to believe genetics are the sole factor in deciding who is 'better than' the next person.
Since we live in a time and age where certain groups have thrived and others have struggled, it's easier for those on the more fortunate side of the spectrum to decide that they are therefore superior to those who are less fortunate, for reasons such as 'they are worse than me because they allowed their country to turn into a shit-hole.' Everyone alive right now is a product of centuries of changes, rises and falls of groups, empires, governments, etc. To be born into this and suggest that you are automatically more entitled to anything is a max cringe viewpoint and usually a reflection of people who like to be angry and find reasons to victimize themselves. -

This would be an individual issue. The basic 'one person does not represent a group.' Disliking an entire group, organization, religion, ethnicity, or what have you because some of them do things you don't approve of is like refusing to ever purchase a car because there exists other cars that you're not a fan of. (lol)
Sure there are statistical truths that suggest certain groups have a tendency to behave more poorly than others, but again, a view that the entirety of them is therefore 'bad' is fucking stupid. -

It's almost pointless to try to debate genetics vs culture, it's a bit of both. It is undeniable that not all groups are created equal. Asians are a "minority" group that is extremely high achieving, same with jedis. It works both ways.

Well I'm fine with most people as individuals. Just like I'm fine with most cars. That doesn't mean I want to play on the side of a highway. That is both common sense and prejudice. Racism is a pretty normal thing and I can think of a thousand evolutionary reasons for this. -
