   You would have to experience them first hand.
   It's like something is trying to warn me and there is so much more to it than what I'm posting here.
   For the past few months I have been having extremely vivid dreams every night, it's awesome.
   If you ever have trouble dreaming, try being high nonstop for a few years then quit, after a few months to a year you'll start having super vivid dreams ... although I have always been a dreamer so it might not work for people like you.
