   Sure, do you have soap bars or shampoo in India? What is the PH of Shampoo? If it's 7, drop a bunch of NaoH in there and tell them to give themselves a good rub with the soap for maximum effect. Tell them it has bleaching agent, it may sting a little but this special shampoo will make their skin more fair.

    It's industry standard noob, everyone does it. You get stain all over your hands you give em a quick dip in MEK and some orange & they are good as new.

    I dont know how long ago you worked in industry but MEK is really fucking bad for you and can get absorbed through the skin. Years ago they used MEK that way but these days I would have a hard time believing OSHA has no problem with it.
