And I don't mean black metal as in black guys rapping over metal music, i mean as in evil and darkness.
I was play my bass earlier while drinking and yelling reeeeee and my new neighbor text me and asked if I wanted to play bass to his black metal songs. So i figured that would be cool. i've tried to jam with my other neighbor in the next building thats pretty good at guitar but his place is so trashed and his sister is a piece of shit that literally bit me and made me bleed.
But I like black metal but I tend to not like the stuff like cradle of filth with over production and tons of keyboards. But the more stripped down stuff is cool.
I can dig some Naglfar, or Burzum, or oldschool Behemoth, or Windir. Don't know a lot more black metal other than those, honestly. I've found it's harder to get into than other kinds of metal. I tried listening to stuff like Gorgoroth and Dark Funeral back in the day, but meh. Couple decent Immortal songs. Oh shit, I almost forgot Rotting Christ; they're pretty badass.
