    It's up to the administrator to appoint a team of good moderators, though, and it's up to an administrator to apply measures to fight the spam. Ask yourself, what has Lanny done to prevent the same? The answer is nothing. No flood control, no word enhancement (which I'd like to point out again is already a feature on the site), nothing. All he does is ban the alt KNOWING another one is right around the corner.
