its very common for countries to try and sway the voters in another countries election. the united states are one of the worst offenders for this, especially when you take into consideration the fact they'll often invade a country specifically for 'regime change' purposes, it doesn't get more election meddling than that.
at least these russians didn't kill anyone.
and every US citizen still got to have free choice of who to vote for at the polling booth.

Yup, It's typical of Americans though to try and blame someone else for their mistakes/shortcomings/poor decisions...I've found in my 22yrs living here very few are aware of what 'personal responsibility is.

On one hand you could say they should've known better than to live in a place prone to flooding, but on the other hand, most people generally aren't too bright and need to be lead around like sheep, so it's only natural for them to expect the government could've done a better job making sure these things don't happen to them.
