aside from the various different falls i have had as of late its actually never been better. don't have the high blood pressure anymore. had that about 15 yrs but now no more. haven't made any real major changes to my routine either. maybe eating a lil less and despite my post above a lil more active but thats about it. i feel good most of the time too. guess the lil stuff counts for something after all
lol never say no to whisky and or dick. i think i would have myself committed if i gave them up. oh my liver and kidney's will be gone by 50 ,the ass will/could fit a 50 dicks but honestly never been better health wise.

Eating yogurt. Woke up prematurely after 4 hours after falling asleep with all the lights on...again. Probably part of why i feel so fucking exhausted every day. Looking up alternatives to NA.Got my counselling appointment in a few hours.
Going to get referred to a psych or try to. I want to be analyzed.
Can they profile you through certain questions? Can I say, "well doc I just want you to ask me a series of questions that will aid you in giving me a deeper understanding of who I am and what your profile of me would be?"
I'm just going to tell my doctor I need to talk to someone, please refer. This shit is all on the NHS anyway who gives a fuck.
