But no, seriously, the more viable thing to do would be to get a handful of people to throw in on a large amount of land (think, like, desert land or equally undesirable) and start your own village. Become incorporated so you can have your own government and have your own police department. That way someone that has the power to arrest someone is near by for when fucked shit goes down, it'll be a local so you can get away with less fucked shit, and everyone can be happy. -

We just need to make more victimless crimes, or crimes that only have victims because of legality, legal. Legalize ALL drugs, just prosecute the ones not paying taxes. Make prostitution legal, but put some regulations around it to keep the women safeish. Enact more "right-to-live" sort of laws where, for example, if it's -10o and you break into an empty house to get out of the cold you can't be charged as long as you caused minimal damage to gain entry, or if you stole some food from the local Food Bonanza they not only couldn't punish you, but had to provide help of some sort. -

prostitution should be legal, but pimping should not be, so you have to be prosecuted for not paying a whore. cell phones can process transactions now to ensure documentation of payment.
people that are just trying to survive should die though, we have more people than we need. it should be legal for cashiers to shoot shoplifters in the act. extend castle doctrine to businesses. -

Small Claims Law should still be in effect. It has to be "suspected" $20 or more worth of merchandise. I agree on the world being too over populated, which is why there's no more of this "life in prison" bullshit. You kill someone, you get killed. You rape, you get killed. Steal a car? Death. Burn down a church? Death. Cali resident on your 3rd strike? Death. Illegal? Death, no trial. -
