   I've been planning on this little legal scheme that could be used by criminals, but I don't want it for that.
   
   It simply requires making some automated requests to public servers. I've looked into it a little and could probablydo it on my own, but I'd like to try a project with someone else.
   
   You could use any programming language you'd like. I plan to use Java and run Android apps as usual.
   
   I can't reveal the true nature until I know you're in.
