   Potential new users don't know to use Latest Threads so each individual forum looks dead as fuck.
   
   Keep the site exactly like it is but make Latest Threads the landing and home page, and replace the current Latest Threads button with a Forum Index button.

   It's not that they're too stupid, but it is natural to go and click a forum topic of your interest to see what's up.
   
   We don't have strong subcommunities, we have a somewhat stable overall community that participates in these topics through the subforums.

    We have an alright subcommunity as well, but not enough time is spent putting threads into the right sections. Tesla is right, people only posting in Spurious threads was a problem for a while because that's all that showed up on Hot Topics. Speaking of which, Lanny could also just add a Hot Topics bar on the side of the page so no matter what page the guest is on they will see 10-15 threads that are active.

    Lanny is an egotistical faggot who's going to fuck over all of you one day when coming here and imposing his every will upon you no longer brings him the joy it did before.
