I'm not very good at human modeling so I can just find some poser models and paste everyones face on it.
I was gonna make a floor for every member that is most active. and stick some funny furniture in it that mirrors their persona

If you take the torso of a Poser Model you can turn it into a shirt or fuzzy sweater in Max by adding texture and mapping material on it. almost sounds like what a serial killer would do.. prolly -
