The government knows they can do this but they don't do it because they want to eliminate anglo-saxon dominant types since those are the only ones the freemasons/j/ews see as a threat in terms of intellect and ability to realize when they're being deceived.
Hispanics tend to lack impulse control as well as having a lower IQ average. Nothing against them personally, to be frank, but there was a recent article about a study in which they stated hispanic women typically spend more money on things they don't need like makeup and junk food, than non hispanic women.
But anyone with common sense knows that already without research being done on it. -

What I was specifically getting at though was the 'elites' are selected for sociopathic behaviour and conditioned toward hedonism - of course they're going to push the limits when they don't respect the law or social taboos and have virtually unlimited resources to pursue their desires -

whats the selection mechanism ?
my belief is that hedonism is present in all of us.
just take any joe from the street and give him everything that makes him an elite amd he will in a hartbeat behave just as anyone of them. hedonism is ever present in all of us and it will come out under the right condition. -

In terms of the US, the most powerful groups tend to be leaders in the finance sector and the military-industrial complex, and more and more the tech sector lately. Groups like the mass media and intelligence community and even the military are powerful, but they don't set the overarching goals - they're big cogs in the machine but cogs nonetheless.
These groups don't directly work together, but they often have the same goals (ie. large numbers of jedis in leadership positions and their associated tribal mindset means all three of those groups will often co-operate for israel's benefit, they work together to foment foreign unrest for mutual profit etc.) and will form a common front any time a new source of power threatens their ability to act on their own authority. -

I don't think so for a number of reasons. I wouldn't discount it entirely but I haven't seen any reliable evidence of something like that
